Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:-
" Manage overall sourcing & purchasing performance, storage operation and supplier management, to archive company mission and vision.
" Monitor the purchasing activities and ensure cost saving and on-time delivery with reasonable payment term for the company
" Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the company
" Develop key strategies and departmental planning to improve purchasing & storage
" Monitor and ensure the validate of the said departmental SOP & target oriented
" Liaise with suppliers to develop an effective supply chain management system.
" Analyze Supplier Performance to select qualified Vendor, and analyze operation performance.
" Pursue and implement cost reduction activities among suppliers
Requirements:-
" Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field
" Minimum 3 years of working experience in purchasing, administration, logistic or equivalent
" Familiar with integrated systems MRP will be an advantage, Purchasing and Inventory Control or equivalent
" Knowledge / Skills in sourcing, selection and supplier qualification
Chargeman
Responsibilities:-
" Lead and manage a team of Technician to ensure building services and store equipments are working in good conditions
" Source quotation and negotiation with supplier to propose repairing plans with cost comparison
" Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work accordance to the plan, update company property repairing list
" Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues
" Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness an safe access
" Advise and report any safety risk in the company
Requirements:-
" Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
" Possess Charge man Certificate AO
" Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
" Willing to work on call basis during time-off
Costing Accountant
Responsibilities:-

" Risk analysis and propose backup plan to enhance company bargain power
" Interview, analyze, develop key strategies for departmental cost control & improvement
" Monitor and ensure the validate of the said departmental SOP & target oriented
" Liaise with suppliers to develop an effective supply chain management system.
Requirements:-
" Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, MBA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Professional Degree in any related field
" Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting, costing, purchasing, administration, logistic or equivalent
" Familiar with integrated systems MRP will be an advantage, Purchasing and Inventory Control or equivalent
" Knowledge / Skills in cost budgeting & reduction, sourcing, supplier filter
" Good communication skills with active & positive personality & attitude
